Elementary Teaching Position

Candidates will effectively implement the appropriate curriculum program for students' successful instruction and guidance according to their individual needs and abilities. 

As a representative of the school, the parish, and the Diocese of Dallas, the candidate collaborates with other staff members to promote and enhance the religious character of the educational experiences provided for students. 

A preferred Catholic in good standing who demonstrates strong faith and is willing to share that faith with students by supporting and upholding the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position 

• Support and uphold the philosophy of the Roman Catholic Church, Catholic education, and the school's mission.       

General Summary of the Position  

• The classroom teacher plans, guides, and evaluates students' learning processes. The teacher is responsible for maintaining a positive and safe learning environment and fostering a love of learning in their students. Additionally, the teacher may be required to attend meetings, participate in professional development opportunities, and communicate with parents and other stakeholders.
