Baby Caps for Parkland!!

5th grade students under the guidance of Lillian Honza and Kay Eiting made baby caps. These caps will be donated to Parkland Hospital. They will give these to the newborn babies to keep their little heads warm. For 5 years these ladies have come to St. Pius and worked with the students to make these caps. The St. Patrick Circle donates the material and the yarn for the students to use to make these caps. The students will make 200 caps today. The 5th grade classes have made 1000 caps these past 5 years! The students really enjoyed making these and thought it was so much fun!
